Can we take a tour at Mustang Creek Event Center?
Yes, we are glad to show the venue and work with you on your Big Day. Are you unavailable during office hours? No problem. We are committed to your satisfaction and you can schedule an after-hours appointment. After sun goes down, ensure to check out the venue: the lighting provides an elegant touch.
How can I book an event at Mustang Creek?
We provide various options. You can send a message by filling out the information requested below, or you can call, text, or email us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please refer to the “Contact Us” section for additional information. We work on a first come, first served basis.
Is the Venue affordable?
Yes. Since your wedding is unique, we will customize your package and provide a wonderful price. Don’t miss our Year Round Promotions!!!
Is Mustang Creek a climate-controlled venue?
Yes, all the indoor areas of Mustang Creek are climate controlled.
What is the capacity of the venue?
We are allowed to have a maximum of 450 people. We have different layout options to choose from; however, we will work with you to ensure you have the best layout that fits your needs.
Do you have a kitchen and catered area?
Yes, there is a catered area adjacent to the kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, sinks, and prep tables.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol. A certified bartender - TBAC - should serve alcohol.
Do you have décor restrictions?
There are some restrictions for indoor and outdoor decoration. For questions regarding type of decorations allowed, please contact the MC staff.
Who sets up and break down tables and chairs?
Mustang Creek staff will be in charge of tables and chairs set up according to your layout. They will also be responsible for their break down.
Who is in charge of the clean up?
Mustang Creek personnel will provide deep cleaning both before and after the event. You and your vendors will be in charge of clearing tables and taking down all décor that were provided from outside vendors.
Do you have overnight accommodation?
Yes. Please check for availability.
What does the rent of the venue for a wedding include?
The packages usually include:
